Growing up, I moved fifteen different times and lived in four different countries. I noticed the way we present ourselves has an outsized psychosocial impact. Presenting your best self is an indication of how you value yourself; it then transcends to how others perceive us. Skincare tends to be undervalued in men’s health, and I get it. Even as a dermatologist, I felt overwhelmed by the amount of effort, time, and barriers to skincare. But skin is an easy and simple way to make a tremendous difference in how we present ourselves compared to thousands of hours spent at the gym and dollars spent on clothes.

Some individuals may experience mild dry skin and irritation within the first few weeks, which is normal and expected for using a retinoid product.
